The last night that we were in Tasmania for school holidays, I started to have this bingey feeling. I just wanted to get food in. I had about 5 chocolates, 2 glasses of wine that I guzzled and half an icecream over a short period of time.
I recognised that old feeling of just wanting to shovell anything into my mouth.
During it, I didn’t use any of my tools. Afterwards, I didn’t use any of my tools.
I basically went to bed feeling pretty crappy and beating myself up - I know better etc.
