You may not think that your emotional eating is helping you, however, I also want to raise your self awareness to understand WHY you are emotionally eating.
Firstly, any time we continue a behaviour, such as 9pm eating on the couch after the kids are in bed, there’s a benefit. If there was no benefit or payoff, we would stop that behaviour.
