Do you tell yourself this narrative "I just need to FIX my eating".
I did.
I used to be so consumed about "fixing' my eating and weight.
It became a personal quest.
I didn't realise that it was a trap as we can't THINK our way out of this.
I believe we need to feel our way out of it and focus on the cause, not just the symptom.
